During National Women's History Month in March, the Army Reserve is joining our nation in celebrating the contributions and accomplishments of women.

Women's History Month stands as a reminder of the strength the Army has and will continue to gain by having a high-quality and diverse all-volunteer force.

In 2014, Command Sergeant Major Raquel DiDomenico became the first female First Sergeant of a Combat Engineer Company, before combat-designated units were opened to women. She tells us about her experiences in the Army Reserve and highlights the accomplishments of other women in the Army Reserve, such as Lieutenant General Jody J. Daniels.
