Dealing With a Mooch in the Family

Do you have someone in your family that is a mooch? They come over, never bring anything, eat your food, drink your drinks and leave. It's not that they aren't helping provide a meal, it's the fact that they don't even bother to ask! What do you do when you have a family member like that? Have you confronted them or just ignored it?
