However, for the 40 million people who suffer from migraine, anattack can last a few hours to three days, making it difficult for them to care for children or family; be productive at home, work, or school; or participate in physical activity.
Celebrity fitness trainer Dolvett Quince, who was a trainer on “The Biggest Loser” for seven seasons and author of the “New York Times” Bestselling book “The 3-1-2-1 Diet: Eat and Cheat Your Way to Weight Loss," is all too familiar with the debilitating effects of migraine. In this interview, he discusses his personal experience and struggle with migraine.
