Dierks Bentley's "Beers on Me" Tour kicked off last weekend, and opening act Parker McCollum sees it as a learning opportunity.
"I can't stress enough how closely I will watch him the whole time we're on tour with him," asserts the "Pretty Heart" singer in a statement from his label. "I fully expect to be on that level one day, and so, every night that we play I'll do my thing.
"We'll go out and rip our 30, 40 minutes and then when he goes on, I'll stand side stage and I'll watch how he goes about his business and how he handles himself as a performer and as a businessman and how he carries himself and take mental notes every night and hopefully get the opportunity to put those notes to work one day."
The "Beers on Me Tour" comes to North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista on Thursday, September 26th.
