Clearly, different areas of the country can have different guidelines based on CDC recommendations.
The problem is the different guidelines are written to reflect consistent testing and tracking of cases. Unfortunately, this is not happening everywhere and it is inconsistent at best.
Furthermore, many recommendations are being made based on opinion and not on science.
