PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A student at a high school in Delaware County got sick after drinking what he thought was just water.

Two 15-year-old girls at Penncrest High School in Media are accused of giving a fellow student a drink that had toilet water and urine in it.

The 15-year-old boy drank it and a few days later told state police he got sick.

"That's disgusting. It disgusts me as a parent," said Anna Sgambato.

CBS 3 then asked Sgambato if charges need to be filed, which hasn't happened as of right now.

"Yea, definitely. The students, yeah," she said.

One student doesn't agree that charges should be filed.

"Definitely should be punished, but I don't know if charges are necessary. It's probably a prank, they probably thought it was a prank but you don't want their lives to be ruined," he said.

This happened on school property on May 7.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating this as an aggravated assault case.

The school District says they do "not comment on allegations, accurate or inaccurate, related to students or personnel."
