In a video for the tech site, Wollman says the workouts mix traditional boxing with planking, sit-ups and interval training.

"It has a built-in accelerometer, and it connects through Bluetooth to an app. So it counts your reps, how quickly you're doing it, and it gives you a report of how well you've done with your workout," Wollerton said.
As the $350 device sits in its base, the touch of a button changes the weight up to 42 pounds.
