
PennDOT says all driver license and photo license centers in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties are closed through at least March 27.
And Gov. Tom Wolf says for the time being, getting a REAL ID is on hold for now in Philadelphia and the suburban counties as well as Berks, Lancaster and Lehigh counties.
Wolf said he's not sure if the federal government has decided to push out the October deadline by which Real ID has to be in place. "At this point they have not," he said.
PennDOT says license and vehicle registration renewals are available online at dmv.pa.gov.
In New Jersey, Motor Vehicle Commission offices and all road testing facilities are closed until March 30.
The Garden State decided to extend by two months all driver licenses, vehicle registrations, and inspection stickers expiring before May 31.
It says most renewals, replacements and changes of address, also can be processed online at NJMVC.gov.
