PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Bucks County landlord is accused of collecting more than just rent from his deceased tenant's home.
Police say Dan Charyna, 38, of Bensalem, was arrested Thursday for stealing personal items from a property he was renting on the 4300 block of Milnor Street in Northeast Philadelphia.
Authorities say the man who was living there was murdered Tuesday outside the home.
The next day, police say, the victim's landlord began helping himself to numerous items inside the home.
Charyna has been charged with burglary, criminal trespassing and related offenses.
