The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection started receiving reports of a "discharge" across the road from the drill site on Shoen Road on Saturday.
DEP officials tested the water there and are waiting for the results.
On Sunday, the DEP was called out to another report of water discharges in several areas near the West Whiteland Apartment Complex in Exton.
On Monday, the DEP responded to a report from Sunoco about a possible "inadvertent return," which happens when water coming from the ground contains drilling fluid.
This was reported at a drill site off Green Valley Road in Marsh Creek State Park.
Drilling at the sites has stopped for now but crews will continue to work on mitigation and cleanup as the DEP investigates.
