PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are searching for a missing 14-year-old boy who has autism. Nathaniel Norris was last seen in the Oxford Circle neighborhood on Monday, just before 6 p.m.
Norris is 6' 3" and was seen wearing a red-and-black hoodie and black-and-white sneakers, and he was carrying a blue backpack.
He frequently visits the Jardell Playground area.
