PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The company behind best-selling robot vacuum Roomba wants to do another chore for you: mowing the lawn.

The Terra mower tackles the grass so you can put your feet up — or take care of other things that robots haven't yet figured out how to do.

There are autonomous mowers already on the market from companies such as John Deere and Husqvarna, but they need boundary wire buried along the perimeter of a yard.

It's expected to be released later this year. There is no price tag yet.
