PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — One person is in custody after two men were shot and killed in the Juniata section of North Philadelphia on Saturday night, according to police.

Just after 8:30 p.m. on Ormond Street near Hunting Parking Avenue, officials say, a 61-year-old man was shot in the back while inside a gray sedan, and a man in his 30s was shot multiple times throughout his body.

Both men were taken to a nearby hospital, where they later died.

Police recovered one gun at the scene, and they have someone in custody who they are questioning for further investigation.

Authorities have not yet publicly identified the suspect or the victims.
