Police identified the 18-year-old victim as Steve Green. Alongside his parents, a 17-year-old turned himself in to police following the shooting, and he has been charged with murder and related offenses.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A teenager is dead and at least one person is under arrest after a shooting in Philadelphia's Overbrook neighborhood.
Police said an 18-year-old's body was found on Clifford Terrace near 61st Street around 7 p.m. Saturday.
According to police, he was shot 13 times, in the head, chest and both legs. He was taken to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
Three men were seen running into a house on Hazelhurst Street near 61st Street. Authorities set up a barricade, but no one was found inside the home.
One person was later arrested in connection with the shooting. Police have not revealed that person's identity. The other suspects remain at large.
