PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two men were shot and killed in broad daylight Monday afternoon in the Spring Garden neighborhood.
Around 12:40 p.m. at 16th and Spring Garden streets, police say a 27-year-old man was fatally shot twice in the face.
Another man, 30, was shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police found weapons in one of the victim’s cars. No arrests have been made.
