PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities say a third woman has come forward accusing the same Villanova football player of sexual assault.
Iyanu Elijah Solomon, 19, is charged with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and simple assault after a female student told police Solomon forced himself on her in his dorm room in 2019, when she was a freshman.
Delaware County prosecutors say the woman came forward after news reports surfaced about Solomon’s arrest earlier this month.
Two other women have made similar accusations against him.
All three alleged incidents happened on Villanova’s campus.
