BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A 22-year-old was sentenced Monday for his role in the robbery and murder of Kevin Rosero nearly two years ago.
Police say Anthony Gamble and his 19-year-old brother, Joshua, killed 26-year-old Rosero as part of a botched robbery attempt in trying to steal $400 in June 2021.
Anthony, from Somerset, New Jersey pleaded guilty in Bucks County court last month to third-degree murder and conspiracy to commit robbery and is now facing at least 25 years in state prison.
Officials say on the night of June 17 the brothers were caught trying to dump Rosero’s body along Pumping Station Road in Richland Township, Bucks County.
Joshua, who was 17 at the time, was charged as an adult and pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy. He’s scheduled to be sentenced later this month.
