DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A Levittown man accused of drugging and sexually assaulting women he met online has been charged with multiple counts of rape and strangulation.

Bucks County District Attorney Jen Schorn said 40-year-old Andrew Gallo used the website sugardaddymeet.com to meet and invite younger women to his home on Copper Beech Lane, where investigators said he would make them drinks secretly laced with drugs.

“He surreptitiously hid dangerous drugs in alcohol, provided that alcohol to his victims, which rendered them so impaired that they were unable to consent to anything, let alone sexual acts,” she said. “He methodically carried out what was clearly pre-planned crimes with the sole purpose of satisfying his deviant sexual desire.”

Gallo is facing a long list of charges, including five counts of rape and four counts of strangulation. The victims ranged in age from 17 to 30.

“He used such force in strangling his victims that some lost consciousness,” added Schorn. “These victims suffered such ill effects from the drugs that they unknowingly ingested, that some reported being up for days.”

According to investigators, drug tests found chemicals consistent with MDMA, also known as ecstasy or molly, in some women, though the women said they did not knowingly ingest those drugs.

Gallo used the screen names Drewster420 and KAE on sugardaddymeet.com. The site describes itself as “a platform for generous men and attractive women looking to form honest relationships.” In charging documents, one of the women said it’s a site where “young girls meet older men and spend time with them in exchange for money.”

Schorn said the site has not been helpful with the investigation. “They were not very cooperative and gave us the bare minimum and not specifically what we asked for.”

KYW Newsradio’s efforts to reach the site for comment were unsuccessful.

Schorn credited the courage of the women to come forward, and her office is investigating if there are additional victims.
