Dirt biker seen in viral video smashing family’s car windshield pleads guilty

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The dirt biker caught on video stomping out a woman’s rear windshield and waving a gun last October has pleaded guilty to assault charges.

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office said 26-year-old Cody Heron admitted that he instigated the altercation with 23-year-old Nikki Bullock while her two kids were in the back seat.

The viral video of the Oct. 1, 2023, incident showed a group of ATV, motorcycle and dirt bike riders surrounding Bullock’s sedan near City Hall. Then, Heron jumped on the back window, causing glass shards to fall on the two children in the back seat.

After Bullock got out of the car to confront Heron, he pointed a gun at her and headbutted her.

He was arrested several days after the incident. Initially set at $2.5 million, his bail was later increased to $4 million.
