PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two men are dead and another is in the hospital after a shooting broke out outside a popular bar in Bucks County late Friday night.
Officials say it happened at about 11:30 p.m. in a shopping center parking lot behind Steam Pub, on Second Street Pike near Street Road in Southampton.
Police believe some sort of altercation in the parking lot led to the shooting. Officers and EMS workers came on scene and found two men, 28 and 30 years old, who were killed.
The 24-year-old man who was wounded was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said they have identified the shooter, whom they say is cooperating with their investigation.
Upper Southampton Township Police Chief Dominic Varacallo told NBC10 he believes the number of surveillance or other types of cameras in the retail-heavy area will allow investigators to find out more about the shooting.
Police ask you to call them at 215-364-5000 if you have information about the shooting.
