PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A driver was killed after his car crashed into a tree on City Avenue, police said.
It happened around 10:45 p.m. Sunday near Lankenau Hospital.
The 29-year-old man was traveling northbound on 66th Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene; there was a lot of damage to the front and driver’s side of the car.
Police do not believe he was under the influence.
