PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A third suspect was taken into custody in connection with last week’s shooting at Dilworth Park that injured three teenagers near a crowded Christmas Village.

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force received a tip that the 16-year-old suspect, Raheem Hylton, was at a home in Frankford. They arrested him on Thursday.

Three suspects are now in custody for their roles in the shooting. Police nabbed the first teen, age 14, when the shooting happened. The second suspect, also 14, was arrested earlier this week. Their names are being withheld.

Around 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 13 near the skating rink outside City Hall, investigators said a fight broke out. Someone was bullying the younger brother of one of the teens involved.

Then, shots were fired. Of the three teens hit, a 14-year-old boy got the worst of it. Police said he was struck in the face and left in extremely critical condition. The two other victims were stable.

Police said they are still trying to identify the shooter.

The triple shooting was part of a rash of gun violence in different parts of the city last weekend. A frustrated Mayor Cherelle Parker and other city leaders vowed to do what they could to find those responsible for the shootings.

CORRECTION: An earlier version of this story incorrectly said the third individual arrested was the final suspect.
