PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A fire is burning at the Monroe Energy Refinery in Marcus Hook, Delaware County.
Thick smoke can be seen from miles away, pouring from the facility on Post Road in Trainer.
Firefighters from across the river in Logan Township, New Jersey, are responding. The Gloucester County Office of Emergency Management said the Paulsboro Refinery Fire Department is also helping and working with officials in Delaware County.
