NEW JERSEY — A Gloucester County man was apprehended about 12 hours after he allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend inside a Franklinville home Monday.
The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office said 32-year-old Ricardo Ferrera was taken into custody around noon after allegedly shooting and killing his 30-year-old girlfriend Christina Cruz inside a home along Porchtown Road around midnight and then drove off.
People who were inside the house told investigators they heard gunshots and the couple arguing. Then, Cruz was found on the living room floor.
