PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Lehigh Valley family is celebrating being one in a million — well, make that two in a million.
On Tuesday, Katie and Ryan Gerrity welcomed twin baby girls, Addison and Rylee, at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. While that isn’t particularly unusual, Katie gave birth on Twosday — Feb. 22, 2022, or 2/22/22.

The day was a rare one because it is a palindrome — a sequence that reads the same backward and forward.
Adding to the craze: Not only did Katie give birth to twin girls on Twosday, but she is also a twin herself.
“These little bundles of joy can now tout perhaps the most unforgettable birthday,” the Lehigh Valley Health Network shared on Facebook.
