PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man is fighting for his life after a shooting early Saturday morning in the city's Hunting Park section.
Police said a 43-year-old man was shot in the thigh just after 3 a.m. on North Broad Street near 16th Street after an argument broke out inside an establishment between a woman and an unknown man.
A physical altercation then broke out between the 43-year-old and an unknown man.
Once outside the establishment, the man fired at the 43-year-old, striking him in the leg.
He was taken to a nearby hospital by private vehicle and is listed in critical condition.
