PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Three young men have been charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault in the shooting of five people at a West Philadelphia rec center.

Azyear Sutton-Walker and Marlon Spurell, both 22 years old, and Tahmir Pinckney, 24, are each being held on $3 million bail. They are accused of shooting five males along 57th Street, near Haverford Avenue, just outside the gate of the Shepard Rec Center on Tuesday.

Each one faces attempted murder charges — which could be upgraded to murder, as a 17-year-old who was shot in the head remains in grave condition.

A 21-year-old was also shot in the head and remains in critical condition.

Authorities say Sutton-Walker is the one who ran into a nearby home after a Dodge Durango, filled with the shooters, crashed into a wall and all the suspects ran. He is also facing burglary and criminal trespassing charges.

Both Pinckney and Spurell have prior records involving drug-related cases.

All three were arraigned overnight.

Police are still looking for three other suspects and ask anyone with information to call in a tip. There's a $10,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and conviction.
