NEW JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — New Jersey Lt. Gov. Dale Caldwell is reportedly under investigation for alleged inappropriate behavior with women.
The New Jersey Globe reported that Caldwell has been under investigation for at least a week, and he served as acting governor last week while Gov. Mikie Sherrill was out of state.
The Globe reported that former New Jersey Attorney General Christopher Porrino is leading the investigation and has interviewed complainants and potential witnesses.
So far, the governor’s office has not publicly confirmed the report or responded to KYW Newsradio’s request for comment.
