PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are investigating a home invasion in the Olney section of Philadelphia.
Around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, investigators say three unknown males entered a home on West Olney Avenue, near Second Street.
The occupants — two men, ages 25 and 77 — were tied up with zip ties while the invaders searched the home for about a half-hour, then fled.
Police say they got away with an undisclosed amount of money that was taken from a safe. They also took $40 and a gold chain from one of the victims.
Both victims suffered minor injuries.
