PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — More than a week after making an arrest in case of a double homicide in Fairmount Park last month, authorities have released the name of the suspect and say a second suspect is in custody.

Lamar Young, 52, is in custody, charged with two counts of murder and related offenses after police say he fatally shot two people on Feb. 29 in Fairmount Park.

Wednesday morning, police said a second suspect had turned herself in. She has not yet been identified.

Police say Thurston Cooper, 49, and Krystina Chambers, 38, were found lying next to each other on the side of Mount Pleasant Drive near Reservoir Drive.

Officials say they are still investigating the motive behind the killings.
