PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are looking for the person who fatally shot a man in Oxford Circle last week.

Officers responded to a call of a person with a gun on Kerper Street around 3:15 a.m. on June 30. They found 45-year-old Carlton Brown on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his head. Medics pronounced him dead minutes later.

Police said the suspect fled the scene on a bike. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie depicting a picture of Marilyn Monroe in an Eagles jersey, with the number 11 on it.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334. Tips can also be submitted by calling or texting 215-686-8477, or by submitting one anonymously online.

There is a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
