Police ask for public's help in search for February hit-and-run vehicle

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help to locate a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run earlier this year.

They say on Feb. 2 around 3 p.m. a person was driving near Bustleton Avenue and Loney Street in a gray Chevrolet Equinox with an unknown license plate when they hit a person and fled the scene.

The victim was seriously injured.

Officials say the car was operated by an older man in an orange reflective hoodie.
