PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are hoping new footage of a homicide captured on surveillance will help identify the gunman.
The shooting happened on May 28 around 9 p.m. along East Allegheny Avenue, near Reach Street, in Kensington.
Video from inside a Chinese takeout restaurant shows a man dressed in a grey hoodie arguing with the victim. The victim then leaves in the pouring rain.
Moments later, the man in the hoodie follows him and fires his gun several times. The victim tries to run to his rented Lamborghini SUV.
The 35-year-old was shot several times and eventually died at the hospital.
Authorities hope someone recognizes the suspect and calls in tips. He is considered armed and dangerous.
