PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police released surveillance video of a suspect wanted in a deadly shooting that happened more than a year ago in West Kensington, hoping the public can help identify him in authorities' ongoing investigation.

Authorities say a 21-year-old was shot and killed on North Orkney Street, near West Somerset Street, on Sept. 7, 2022.

In the video, the suspect is seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt or jacket and black pants.

The unidentified man is seen on video operating a white motor scooter at the time of the incident. He was last seen fleeing on the scooter northbound on 11th Street from Monmouth Street.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous, so police ask the public not to approach him and to call 911 with any information. There's a $20,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
