PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A popular Brewerytown sandwich and bottle shop is officially reopening at its new location.

Rybrew is now open at 2600 W. Girard Ave.

“Everything’s now on one level. We have an outside back patio that will open the mid to end of spring,” said Stephanie Pollock, who owns the restaurant with her husband, Ryan.

“Our other business, Rybread, was a nickname for him,” she said. “When we started this location, we were like, we need to keep the Ry-. We also have beer. So, we did Rybrew.”

In their new location, Pollock said they were able to dedicate space for their draft beer program.

“There is a bar where we can serve you the six beers that we have on draft,” she said. “We’re hoping by spring, summer that we add a wine program.”

There’s more space for their refrigerators too, where customers can pick out their own six-pack.
