On Wednesday, police arrested and announced murder and related charges against 21-year-old Yaaseen Bivins for his role in the shooting on Sept. 27.

Investigators say they found a receipt that linked Bivins to the shooting. Police say it was for the purchase of ammunition, the same ammo that was found at the shooting scene.

A third suspect, 16-year-old Dayron Burney-Thorn, is still at large.

Investigators don’t believe he’s in the area, so U.S. Marshals are involved in the search. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Police say there were two cars involved in the shooting. One was parked at the corner of Pechin and Gates streets for about six minutes before five gunmen jumped out and opened fire.

The shooting wounded four students between the ages of 14 and 17, and killed 14-year-old Nicolas Elizalde from Havertown as he was leaving a football scrimmage at the school that day.
