Temple student chased into dorm lobby by group of juveniles and attacked, police say

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A group of juveniles chased a Temple University student into a dorm and attacked him, authorities said.

It happened shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday in the lobby of Morgan Hall South, located at Broad and Oxford streets.

Police said the student suffered minor injuries but declined medical treatment.

Temple University Police released surveillance images of the suspects on social media in the hopes of identifying them. The School District of Philadelphia is also helping police.

City and university police are increasing patrols on campus.
