PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The U.S. Marshals Service has released another video of 17-year-old Shane Pryor who escaped from custody while at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia earlier this week.
The video captures Pryor in a blue sweatshirt, black pants and white sneakers, standing inside a store along Godfrey and Mascher streets on Jan. 24, about an hour and a half after his escape.
Before escaping CHOP on Wednesday, Pryor was caught on video inside the building asking an employee if he could use a phone. He was denied and left.
According to police, Pryor moved on, and someone eventually let him borrow a phone. That’s when they say he called 18-year-old Michael Diggs, who picked up Pryor in a cream-colored Ford.
Diggs was charged Friday with hindering apprehension, escape, use of a communication facility, and criminal conspiracy in connection with Pryor’s escape.

Authorities believe Pryor is still in Philadelphia and receiving help from friends or family. They are focusing their search on the Mayfair section, where they believe he has connections.
They say he is dangerous and warn not to approach if you see him.
