PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A student at Widener University was stabbed while walking their dog early Friday.
It happened just after 12:30 a.m. near 18th and Chestnut streets, right across from campus in Chester, Delaware County.
The student said they were walking their dog with a friend when they got into an argument with another dog walker, then that person attacked.
The school says the student suffered a minor wound. Police have not made any arrests.
The school issued a lockdown that lasted for about an hour and a half.
