A broken cellphone might have been what led to a 15-year-old being shot and critically injured in Frankford Tuesday night.
The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. The boy and two others were leaving a corner store at Margaret and Tacony streets.
Surveillance video shows a car stopping at the corner; the driver opens the door and fires a shot, and the boy collapses on the sidewalk.
