Police were called to Hilton Street, just off E Street and Allegheny Avenue, around 9:30 a.m. on Friday, just blocks from McPherson Square. It was there that they discovered the suitcase with the man’s body inside. KYW Newsradio's crime and justice reporter Kristen Johanson has the details.
