KyXy's Class of 2020, presented by San Diego Miramar College, has been honoring graduating seniors. We'd like to take a moment to highlight all of the graduating college seniors! Check out all of the students who've made their parents and families so proud.

My daughter Camryn Force is from Santee, CA and is graduating this year from California Lutheran University with a degree in Mathematics. She like so many are missing out on the wonderful events that were planned for her senior year and we would love if you would add her to your virtual 2020 graduation list. She has had a wonderful 4 years at her college, but it was filled with bumps along the way. Brush fires in her area force evacuations 2 years in a row and she was also effected by the shooting at Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks where her school is located. But she persevered and is graduating and we couldn’t be more proud of her. She is a wonderful young lady and we look forward to what the future has in store for her.

This was not the way the Senior Year was suppose to go, never expected Corona Virus, Virtual Graduation was not the plan, but you will graduate May 16. Yea!
I can't wait to see what great things you will do in the future of Aerospace Engineering. I'm so proud of you for persevering through so much in your life, and getting your Engineering Degree. Love you, Mom

Gabi Dunham is a San Diego native graduating from New York University this May. In addition to interning with Dateline NBC, CBS Evening News, and the Brooklyn Nets, Gabi was also President of the Coalition of Minority Journalists and Sports Director of "NYU NOW!" a weekly broadcast. Through the coalition, she developed a variety of workshops, panels, and networking opportunities for queer students and students of color who are interested in journalism. As Sports Director, she consistently managed a thorough and entertaining sports segment for the weekly broadcast. After college, she hopes and plans for a career in Sports Broadcast Journalism.

Graduating Cum Laude in Sports Management. Applied to the ASU Sports Law Masters Program.

Best college memory for Jessika has been attending outside extracurricular activities for her major in Psychology such as speeches and seminars. While being diagnosed with Lupus in the middle of her college studies it was a big challenge to find that energy to get up and go. She did her best every day to wake up, attend her classes, and participate as best as she could. Her entire family and I are truly proud of all she has accomplished these last 4 years.
Love Always Your Biggest Fan,
Mom

Luke knew when he was 5 years old he wanted to attend U of O. His “dream school” was the only college he would apply to. Not only did Luke complete a degree in Business Administration with a Focus in Marketing at U of O, but he met his fiancé Justine there. She was on the women’s basketball team and Luke assisted the practice team during their courtship. Basketball has always been a huge part of Luke’s life, it’s no wonder that his future wife would be a basketball player. Luke and Justine will be married August 1, 2020 and reside in Colorado where Luke will pursue his career in business. We are beyond proud of the man Luke has become, and the amazing husband we know he will be. We love you more and... Go Ducks!!----

We are so proud of our son Steven Montejano Jr. He attended Grossmont College the past two years studying Sociology. He played baseball for Grossmont College also. He maintained a 3.5 GPA or higher all 4 semesters which landed him on the Deans list 4 times. He will be getting his AA in Sociology in June of 2020. He was accepted to Cal State Fullerton to continue his education in which he will work towards obtaining his Bachelors in Sociology. He will then further his career with the Sheriff Department with his main goal being a K-9 deputy. We wish the best for him and couldn’t be prouder. We love you son!!!
