Rob & Joss talk to the honorary Mayor of Julian

On Inauguration Day, the leader of the Free World was sworn into the biggest office in the land. But what about one of the smaller offices? In a smaller place? Stacy, the "Honorary Mayor of Julian" joins Rob and Joss to take her oath of office. Since she's the "Honorary Mayor" she never took an oath, well all of that changes today!
