Parking in a crowded lot can be a stressful experience for many drivers. Not only is finding a spot more difficult, but some are left in fear that their car could end up being damaged by another driver.

Luckily, one driver has shared a helpful parking hack that could change the way people park forever.

As seen in the now-viral video, a man shows off a number of cars parked at a GM lot all positioned on top of the left line, instead of in between the lines. This leaves equal space on both sides of the car, giving people plenty of space to maneuver around cars.

“We’ve been doing it wrong the whole time,” the man captioned the video.

According to Fox News, since being posted the video has been viewed over 4.3 million times. Of course, not everyone on the internet was on board, with some saying they won’t change how they park.

Until everyone gets on board, people are stuck worrying about door dings in parking lots.
