Daughter of 'RHOC' star Lynne Curtin receives 68-day sentence, pleads guilty to criminal charges: Report

Alexa Curtin, the daughter of “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Lynne Curtin has been sentenced to 68 days in jail after pleading guilty to multiple criminal charges.

Orange County court documents obtained by The Blast reveal the 20-year-old pleaded guilty last week to procession of a controlled substance and substance paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, vandalism and petty theft, People reported.

The young RHOC reality star, who had a warrant out for her arrest since December 2019 after failing to show up for a court hearing. She arrested on Jan. 8 and released on Jan. 26.

Curtin was sentenced on four of the five criminal cases she faced. One charge of possession of a controlled substance was thrown out.

In addition to jail time, she was sentenced to three years of informal probation, three months in first offender alcohol program, and restitution for damages, the outlet reported.

This is not Alexa Curtin’s first run in with the law. In 2016, she pled guilty to counts of petty theft and battery and was sentenced to 68 days in jail, People confirmed.

In February 2018, Curtin was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance/paraphernalia after she was found with “multiple straws and a piece of foil with residue” that tested positive for heroin, The Blast reported.

In August 2018, Curtin spent four days in jail and was taken to court for possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, vandalism, petty theft, and driving under the influence of a drug.

She was arrested again in January 2019 for possession of Xanax, for which she missed multiple court hearings and spent several additional days in jail.
