Soundcheck, with Aaron Axelsen, has returned to its familiar home of Sundays, 8-10pm, Soundcheck, one of the longest-running new music specialty shows in alternative rock radio history, is the Bay Area its weekly new music fix, including buzzworthy new bands, UK imports, indie rock, next big thing caliber artists, unsigned and independent artists and of course, a healthy dose of local, homegrown music.
Bay Area Alternative music legend Aaron Axelsen first debuted Soundcheck in 1999, and has since provided notable artists such as The Killers, Gorillaz, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Coldplay, The Strokes, Arcade Fire, Imagine Dragons, Bastille, Franz Ferdinand and many others with their North American commercial radio debut!.
