Jasper is a self-declared master hugger and absolutely loves giving people kisses. He walks great on a leash and is a very smart boy that can learn new tricks. He lived with a cat and did great and has also shown signs of wanting to play with other dogs. Overall, Jasper is a very sweet, loving boy that is ready to find the perfect home!
