School is back in session, fall sports have kicked off so you're busy...we get it! We are going through it too and that's why we are always looking for a quick and easy way to feed our family an actual meal that doesn't come from a drive thru window! This one pan Low Country Boil is so quick and easy to make that you can get lunches packed for the next day and the dishwasher loaded while it's cooking plus clean up is a breeze!
You will find the recipe below but we wanted to not that this can be on the spicier side depending on how much Old Bay you add. My daughter was convinced she didn't like low country boil but I knew it was the seasoning so I made two pans...one by the recipe and one with no Old Bay. She proceeded to eat almost the entire second pan! If you have picky kids, try making a little bit without the Old Bay and see if that helps you too!
