The business ventures of Tom Brady and Alex Guerrero are coming to an end.

According to a source, the two will no longer be in business together moving forward. Dale Arnold was first to report on the split.

A source told WEEI.com that while the two still “very much” get along, the business side of TB12 was not working in Brady’s favor, and he sold off most of his share of the company close to a year ago.

“TB12 was losing tons of money," the source said.

A long-time practitioner of alternative medicine, Guerrero has worked with and trained several NFL players over the course of his career, including Willie McGinest, Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski, and Jimmy Garoppolo. The most notable of course, being Brady. He and the seven-time Super Bowl champion together created "TB12", opening their first storefront at Gillette Stadium's Patriot Place in 2013.

6 rings: the patriots will look different this week

Now that Brady is out, Guerrero will rebrand TB12 into his own company called 'TBRx'. Partnering with Dr. Peter Cummings as CEO, the "revolutionary total body recovery company”, as it's called on its Instagram page, will be “a place where people who are in pain come to get out of pain, so they can keep doing the things they love to do.”

The TB12 facility in Foxborough will be closing effective next Friday, October 20, and a “TBRx” will be opening in Franklin, MA on Monday, October 23.

The new facility “will service all existing former TB12 clients.” Here’s what TB12 members were sent via email of the shakeup:

According to Greg Auman of FOX Sports, the voicemail at the phone number for the Tampa location of TB12 now identifies the business as “TBRx”, meaning similar restructuring is likely happening across the country.

Brady’s likeness and endorsement remain on TBRx landing pages, but he is now listed as a client as opposed to a business partner.
