The 10 richest reality TV stars, ranked by net worth
These days celebrities can get rich being on reality TV, or get on reality TV by being rich.
Either way, a lot of reality TV stars are multi-multi-millionaires, amassing net worths in the hundreds of millions. Of course the Kardashian-Jenner family steals a lot of the top spots, but there are a few other surprising names on the list of richest reality celebs.
According to CelebrityNetWorth, ere are the top 10 richest reality TV stars, ranked by net worth.
Lisa Vanderpump: $90 million
The richest of the crazy rich “American Housewives” stars, Lisa Vanderpump parlayed her reality fame into her own spinoff, “Vanderpump Rules.” To be fair to the other housewives, that $90 million figure is her combined worth with her husband, Ken Todd.
Caitlyn Jenner: $100 million
The least wealthy Jenner-Kardashian (among the top 10 richest reality stars, that is), Caitlyn Jenner has had a rollercoaster public career, from Olympic gold medalist to reality TV star to advocate for the transgender community after her own transition in 2015.
Kris Jenner: $170 million
The matron of the richest fam in reality TV, Kris Jenner clocks in at a cool $170 million, a big jump up from Caitlyn, but a far cry from her daughters.
Gordon Ramsay: $220 million
If you thought Ramsay looked busy in the kitchen, just think about all the entertainment monoliths he has starred in: “Hell’s Kitchen,” “Kitchen Nightmares,” “MasterChef,” “MasterChef Junior,” and a bunch of others. It’s not hard to see why his mood has mellowed given he’s worth over $200 million these days.
Jamie Oliver, Paris Hilton: $300 million
While it would be weird to get these two celebs in the same room, Jamie Oliver and Paris Hilton are bonded in a way by their equal net worth at about $300 million. While Oliver has built his fortune on cookbooks and restaurants in addition to TV, Hilton inherited some of her wealth and made the rest through products and licensing.
Ryan Seacrest: $450 million
Ryan Seacrest has come a long way from “American Idol.” Not only have his hosting gigs grown to include “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” as well as producing work on some notable shows like “Keeping up with the Kardashians” and its spinoffs.
Simon Cowell: $600 million
It pays to be mean. From “American Idol” to “America’s Got Talent” to “The X Factor,” Cowell has generated a lot of dough by judging other performers.
Kylie Jenner: $700 million
Forbes was not happy to find out Kylie Jenner (and the Kardashian-Jenner clan) had been lying to the media about the size and worth of Kylie Cosmetics, reducing the once-proclaimed billionaire to a mere $700 million in net worth. Bummer.
Kim Kardashian: $900 million
Queen of the Kardashian-Jenner empire, Kim Kardashian is worth an insane $900 million, and that’s not even counting her combined wealth with Kanye West.
